My name is Shigeru Ishikawa, and I am honored to have assumed the role of President and Representative Director of ORIX Real Estate Investment Advisors Corporation.
Since our establishment in 2007, we have focused on the formation and management of private real estate funds, living up to the trust of our investors. In January of last year, we launched our first equity-commitment real estate value-add fund, the “ORIA Japan Real Estate Value Add Fund I”. Our core mission remains unchanged: to maximize investor value by providing innovative, market-relevant investment opportunities and high-quality asset management services. As President, I am committed to further strengthening our investment platform and enhancing our real estate expertise built over many years.
Going forward, we will continue to pursue investors’ best interests through disciplined value-oriented investing and hands-on asset management, supported by advanced analytics and flexible strategies. By responding proactively to evolving market conditions and selectively pursuing opportunities in growth sectors, we aim to generate new value across market cycles.
