■Features of The Lions Ohori Park
1. Located in a developing area with good access to the city center

The Lions Ohori Park is located a two-minute walk from Ohorikoen Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line, which provides direct access to the areas undergoing redevelopment such as Tenjin and Hakata, as well as to Fukuoka Airport, and a three-minute walk from Ohori Park, one of Japan’s most prominent parks with water scenery. The location offers the convenience of the city, a natural environment, and its history, and sits in a quiet residential area just off the main street. Along with the adjacent Maizuru Park, Ohori Park is being promoted as part of the Central Park Concept*1 and is expected to undergo further development.
*1 A concept to promote the creation of a large open museum space within Ohori Park and Maizuru Park, which will be utilized jointly as a place for the people of the city and the prefecture to relax, and as an information hub for history, art, culture, and tourism.

2. Exterior design

Image of the exterior

The concept for the exterior design is “a residence of sensibility that captures Ohori Park.” The base of the building uses natural rocks that resemble the stone walls of Fukuoka Castle. In addition, the front of the building utilizes a lot of glass material to symbolize the glittering light on the water surface of Ohori Park. Furthermore, white eaves extend from the front of the building to both sides, to resemble Fukuoka Castle, which is also called Maizuru (“dancing crane”) Castle due to its shape resembling a crane flapping its wings when viewed from the ocean side. The design also reflects Fukuoka’s leap forward, as seen in urban redevelopment projects such as Tenjin Big Bang and Hakata Connected.

3. Common area
The lounge with its modern design using metallic materials on the ceiling and walls, which leads from the driveway is a relaxing space with a view of the courtyard where residents can enjoy the changing seasons. The common corridors on the residential floors are indoor and designed with soft indirect lighting, providing a luxurious feel and privacy. In addition, LIONS SMART BOX*2, a dedicated delivery box for each unit next to the entrance door for all units, which allows residents to collect deliveries, will be introduced for the first time among Lions condominiums in western Japan. In addition to being able to receive deliveries right in front of the entrance doors of all units, emergency supplies can be stored in the top compartment of the box. In addition, a garbage disposal area (for flammable garbage) will be provided on each floor. The tower parking, which has excellent security features, provides lots with a maximum parking width of 2,050 mm and accommodates a variety of vehicles.
