TOKYO, Japan - August 14, 2023 - ORIX Life Insurance Corporation (“ORIX Life”) today announced that it concluded a basic agreement with IRRC Corporation regarding the transfer of all of its shares (80.9%) of Life Assist Co., Ltd., its consolidated subsidiary.
