ORIX Life’s Online Benefit Claims Service Receives Award for Excellence
~ Insurance premium simulation tool, Easy Insurance Navigator, receives Another Voice Award~

TOKYO, Japan - November 1, 2022 - ORIX Life Insurance Corporation (“ORIX Life”) announced today that its Online-Based Benefit Claims Service, which allows users to file claims for benefits on its website, received the Award for Excellence in the Digital Category at the UCDA Awards 2022 held by the Universal Communication Design Association (UCDA). ORIX Life’s insurance premium simulation tool, Easy Insurance Navigator, also received the Another Voice Award.
In addition, the Company received the Bronze Award in the Overall Awards (Corporate Awards), which recognizes a company’s Universal Communication Design (UCD) promotion activities over one year.

This award recognizes outstanding communication design in terms of ease of viewing, understanding, and conveying. It is based on objective evaluations of various sources of information that companies, organizations, and governments send out to consumers by a third party consisting of consumers and experts.

ORIX Life's Online Benefit Claims Service received a high rating for aspects such as its ingenuity in enabling customers to smoothly complete processes on the website without any confusion when claiming benefits, as well as for the ease of viewing and understanding the process pages. In addition, the Easy Insurance Navigator insurance premium simulation tool was highly rated for its use of simple, jargon-free language and ability to be used intuitively by customers of all generations. It received the Another Voice Award, which is given to sources of information that receive high marks from consumers in particular.
ORIX Life was also recognized for aspects such as its UCDA certification obtaining record and efforts to promote UCD both internally and externally.
