1. Features of Lions Forsia Asakusabashi
(1) Hotel-like building design

The building’s exterior features a stylish and hotel-like design. The front exterior wall was arranged to stand three-dimensionally. The entrance area switches to a wood-grain material which creates a natural and bright atmosphere together with the trees and plants in the front garden. Indoor corridor design

(2) In-condominium security that considers safety and peace of mind
Keys embedded with IC chips that can unlock the entrance by holding them to the receivers have been used. In addition, the corridor that connects each unit uses an indoor corridor design for security. Two vertical windows are installed on all floors to allow light into the building during the day and create a bright common area.

(3) Units equipped to accommodate a variety of residents
In compliance with Taito-ku ordinance, eight 1LDK units of the 36 total units have handrails next to the toilet and in the bathroom and also feature corridors that have a wall base to allow for the installation of handrails as needed.
