ORICON Customer Satisfaction Survey in “Nonbank Credit Card Loan” Rankings ORIX Credit Takes No. 1 Spot Overall

TOKYO, Japan - February 1, 2022 - ORIX Credit Corporation (“ORIX Credit”) announced today that it was chosen for the top spot overall in the 2022 ORICON Customer Satisfaction Survey in “Nonbank Credit Card Loan” Rankings. The overall top ranking was awarded to ORIX Credit for the second time after three years.

The rankings consist of seven evaluation items, and ORIX Credit was highly evaluated in “interest rate,” “easy repayment,” and “support service” and chosen for the top spot overall.
In order to flexibly meet various financial needs of customers, the company’s credit card loan products are set in a wide range, including loan limits from 200,000 to 8,000,000 yen and interest rates from 1.7% to 17.8%. In addition, customers can obtain and repay loans through about 173,000^*1 cash dispensers (CDs) and ATMs at convenience stores, banks, shinkin banks, and other locations in Japan. Further, setting up and changing a bank account for repayments can be completed online.^*2 In these ways, the company has progressively expanded the services to improve customer convenience.
