TOKYO, Japan - December 17, 2021 - DAIKYO INCORPORATED (“DAIKYO”) announced that, from December 19, 2021, it will begin sales of “Lions Myles Shinnakano” (total of 35 units on 10 above-ground floors), a condominium under construction in Nakano-ku, Tokyo.

Lions Myles is a compact condominium series for singles, DINKS and pre-families that has an exclusive area of 25 m2–50 m2 and has been designed taking good metropolitan access and living environment into account. Development of this series of properties started in 2017 in mainly metropolitan areas.
Lions Myles Shinnakano offers good access to metropolitan areas, being located a 4-minute walk from Shin-nakano Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and a 12-minute walk from Nakano Station on the JR Sobu Line. Thus there are two stations on four lines near it, and Shinjuku Station can be reached in 4 minutes and Tokyo Station in 17 minutes. The attractiveness of the area is expected to increase further in the future. While boasting an old-style shopping arcade, redevelopment for the communication of cultural and art content under the “Culture Driven City NAKANO 100” project at the north exit of Nakano Station is proceeding.
The property has three types of unit layouts (1DK, 1LDK and 2LDK) and a total of four variations. Out of the 35 units, 26 are corner apartments that are especially bright and airy. Living space efficacy has been increased by reducing corridor area and an inner corridor that offers safety and privacy while promoting a calm atmosphere has been adopted. Located a 4-minute walk from Shin-nakano Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and a 12-minute walk from Nakano Station on the JR Sobu Line, JR Chuo Line and Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, it offers excellent access to the metropolitan area, connecting directly to JR Shinjuku Station in 4 minutes and JR Tokyo Station in 17 minutes.

(2) Design connecting to the atmosphere and warmth of the city
Nakano, a subculture city where many young people live, is being transformed into a new city by redevelopment. However, it retains places with an old-style atmosphere where people can enjoy warm interaction, such as the Nakano Sun Mall and Shinnakano shopping arcade. To fit in with the area, the base of the property was given a soft image with wooden-look tiles, and crisscross aluminum lattice was placed on the upper floors to create a contrast that accentuates the base.

 

(3) Shared services supporting daily lifestyle
Exclusive delivery lockers for each residence called “LIONS My Box” have been installed to allow for deliveries when residents are not at home. Packages can be received from multiple delivery service providers in each exclusive delivery box.

(4) Floor composition and layout
This property has three types of unit layouts (1DK, 1LDK and 2LDK) and a total of four variations. There are many bright and airy condominiums, and three of the four units on each floor are corner apartments. Each unit has been designed as a highly livable space. For example, depending on the type, one’s personal area can be divided off with a sliding door between the living room and dining room. An inner corridor has been adopted to provide protection from the wind and rain while enjoying the comfort of a private residence.
