ORIX Real Estate’s Belle Face Rental Condominium Series to Introduce Cloud Service for Management of Residential Facility Manuals and Warranties
~First use of Toppan’s IEMANE service for rental condominiums to encourage going paperless~

TOKYO, Japan - September 30, 2021 - ORIX Real Estate Corporation (“ORIX Real Estate”) announced that it will be introducing a digital service that allows the central management of manuals and warranties—such as for household appliances and residential facilities—under its original Belle Face brand of rental condominiums. This service will be gradually introduced at all three properties—Belle Face Daitabashi (Suginami-ku, Tokyo; 38 units), Belle Face Kiba (Koto-ku, Tokyo; 57 units), and Belle Face Komazawa-daigaku (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; 47 units)—that be completed from September 2021. It will also be adopted as standard for all properties being completed in the future.

The service being introduced this time is IEMANE®, which is provided by Toppan Inc., and this is the first time it is being adopted for tenants of rental condominiums. The product information of residential facilities found in units—such as built-in kitchens and bathrooms—is managed in the cloud, allowing it to be easily viewed from computers, tablet devices, and smartphones whether within or outside the unit. Products, including household appliances, bought by tenants themselves can also be added and registered. As warranty periods can be registered together with warranties, this service helps in the central management of warranty periods in addition to being paperless. IEMANE® will be provided free of charge to Belle Face tenants.

ORIX Real Estate will continue to endeavor to create comfortable homes for its customers, tailored to diversifying lifestyles.

1. About this service
This service digitally manages the manuals and warranties of household appliances and residential facilities found in rental condominiums such as built-in kitchens and bathrooms. As data is stored in the cloud, tenants can easily view them at any time by simply entering their ID and password through IEMANE’s website or app. In addition, products bought by the tenants themselves can be registered by just entering the model number. This allows many manuals and warranties to be centrally managed. Tenants can also continue to view information registered by them after terminating their lease.
In the future, ORIX Real Estate will also consider the use of the notification function provided by IEMANE —which sends out notifications to tenants from management companies—and digital storage of management agreements and explanations on important matters.
