Saison Automobile & Fire Commences Handling of ORIX Life’s Products

TOKYO, Japan - June 25, 2021 - ORIX Life Insurance Corporation (“ORIX Life”) announced today that Saison Automobile & Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (“Saison Automobile & Fire”) has commenced sales of ORIX Life products.

Saison Automobile & Fire—whose core product is “Otona no Jidosha Hoken (automobile insurance)” which mainly targets adults in their 40s and 50s—is a non-life insurance company specializing in direct sales that continues to grow at a high level. Through this partnership, Saison Automobile & Fire acts as agent to sell ORIX Life’s highly competitive and wide lineup of products that can be handled online, including medical insurance, cancer insurance, whole life insurance, and term insurance.

Currently, with the spread of COVID-19, there are cases when face-to-face meetings with customers are limited. Under such circumstances, the demand for online consultations and applications is rising, and ORIX Life’s number of online applications is also increasing compared to before the spread of infections. This partnership not only brings further insurance coverage to Saison Automobile & Fire’s customers, but ORIX Life also hopes to deliver its products to even more customers by using Saison Automobile & Fire’s expertise in direct sales.
