ORIX Credit Introduces Online Chat Tool on Website

TOKYO, Japan - June 30, 2020 - ORIX Credit Corporation (“ORIX Credit”) announced today that it has introduced an online chat tool for the purpose of smoothening inquiry handling and customer communication.

A chat window has been added to ORIX Credit’s website, and operators answer questions from customers through the chat screen. Inquiries about topics such as details regarding loan products as well as receipt and repayment procedures can be made using computers, smartphones, and other devices.

ORIX Credit has been undertaking the digitization of operations aimed at improving customer convenience and productivity, including the introduction of an automatic voice system that notifies customers who could not repay on due date as well as an electronic system for internal decisions.
Going forward, ORIX Credit will continue to work on creating products and services that are easy to use for customers.
