ORIX operates six Cross Office bases at present, and this plan will cover the four that feature coworking spaces, lounges, and other shared facilities: Uchisaiwaicho, Mita, Shinjuku, and Roppongi. Under the plan, customers who sign up to the Master Membership Plan will register a primary base and be entitled to use it 24 hours a day, 365 days per year; they will be entitled to use other bases covered by the plan on weekdays, from 9 am to 5 pm. The membership fee is fixed at 30,000 yen per month, excluding consumption tax. Cross Office Hibiya, which is scheduled to open in March 2020, will also be covered by the plan.

Previously, members were only eligible to use coworking spaces at their base of registration. The launch of this new plan is aimed at increasing convenience for members, and seeks to promote dynamic interactions and the creation of intra-site communities.

Going forward, ORIX will continue to create opportunities for wide-ranging uses of its coworking spaces, and so cater to the needs of diverse work styles.
