CROSS GATE KANAZAWA is located at the gateway of Kanazawa City, which aims to be the Hub of International Exchange. As a new place where people, experiences, and goods intersect, it is named in hope that it will be a facility where locals and visitors interact, and which creates prosperity and new values.

In addition, the facility will have a rooftop garden, named Mirai-no-oka, on its third level. Being a central location within the facility, there are plans to regularly organize events and such at this open space where users of the facility—such as locals and tourists from Japan as well as overseas—gather.

With opening slated for June 2020, ORIX will promote this as a new place in Kanazawa for distributing information.
