Cross Office Hibiya will be located on the 9th floor of a building that is connected directly to Kasumigaseki Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi, Hibiya, and Chiyoda Lines, in an area of Tokyo that is home to large numbers of government buildings and corporate offices of Japanese and overseas companies. It will provide an open working environment with views of Hibiya Park, one of the capital’s leading large-scale green spaces.

Cross Office Hibiya will have a floor area of approximately 2,300 square meters, and offer a variety of working spaces with the scalability and security that have become hallmarks of the Cross Office brand: 69 private office rooms with seating from 1 to 25 people; 21 semi-private office rooms with dedicated desks; and coworking spaces for approximately 80 seats. Shared business functions include a staffed reception, 3 conference rooms for use from 6 to 10 people, and a shared lounge area that can be used 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Cross Office Hibiya is designed around the concept of “business wellbeing”—delivering physical, mental, and social satisfaction to those working there—and seeks to realize an environment in which tenants can work in a manner that suits their individual work styles, and their feelings at any given time. The office will offer spaces and services that stimulate all five senses, by featuring green art on the walls of community spaces, for example, and providing lighting, music, and scents appropriate to a variety of usage scenarios.

ORIX opened Cross Office Shibuya in 2009, and now operates six service office bases in Tokyo. By catering to the diversifying needs of serviced offices, going forward ORIX will continue to provide offices that contribute both to new business opportunities and to value creation for our tenants.
