ORIX Life Commences “Inheritance Support Service” for Smooth Inheritance Procedures and “Hospital Admission and Discharge Support Service, etc. (Housekeeping Services)” for Supporting Daily Life when in Hospital

TOKYO, Japan - October 1, 2019 - ORIX Life Insurance Corporation (“ORIX Life”) announced today that it has commenced its “Inheritance Support Service” and “Hospital Admission and Discharge Support Service, etc. (Housekeeping Services)” for customers who have ORIX Life insurance.

Through the Inheritance Support Service, customers are able to receive free telephone consultations on procedures for inheritance tailored to individual customers and answers to their questions from highly experienced expert staff in services provided by Brain Trust Co., Ltd. They can also request certified tax accountants, judicial scriveners, administrative scriveners and other experts to act on their behalf for a fee. The aim is to decrease the time taken for procedures and reduce anxiety when something happens to a customer or their family member by providing support for smooth inheritance procedures.

The Hospital Admission and Discharge Support Service, etc. (Housekeeping Services) enables customers to use services provided by NICHIIGAKKAN CO., LTD. at special discounted rates in preparing for hospitalization and being accompanied to hospital, as well as cleaning, shopping and general housekeeping in the customer’s home while they are in hospital. Customers can also use various types of services at times other than hospital admission and discharge, according to their requirements, such as prenatal and postnatal housekeeping and child minding services.

ORIX Life believes that the most important thing is for customers to be happy and satisfied with their choice of ORIX Life. ORIX Life will continue providing services that cater for customers’ needs as well as striving to be an insurance company that is trusted by customers.

Outline of services Customers can use the housekeeping agency services and other services provided by NICHIIGAKKAN for a discounted fee.   • Preparation for hospital admission and discharge, general housekeeping in your home while you are in hospital, looking after family members, etc.
