Yodogawa Transformer to Change Company Name to ORIX Power Link Corporation

OSAKA, Japan –November 2, 2026 – Yodogawa Transformer Co., Ltd. (“Yodogawa Transformer”) announced today that it will change its company name to ORIX Power Link Corporation effective April 1, 2027.

Since its establishment in 1965, Yodogawa Transformer has contributed to the reliable operation of its customers’ businesses and social infrastructure through its power infrastructure business, primarily focused on power receiving and transforming facilities and equipment. The company will further strengthen its rental business for power receiving and transforming facilities and equipment. It will also leverage technological capabilities, on-site responsiveness, and expertise it has developed to expand its business scope with the aim of becoming comprehensive engineering company in the power supply and electric power fields. The name change is intended to more clearly convey this broader business scope and what the company aims to become.

In the new company name, “Power” represents the power supply and electric power fields in which Yodogawa Transformer operates, while “Link” represents its commitment to connecting customers with facilities and equipment, technology, and services to create new value. The new name embodies the company’s determination to leverage its expertise in the power supply and electric power fields to support customers in addressing increasingly diverse and sophisticated challenges and to continue contributing to the development of social infrastructure.

As a member of ORIX Group, Yodogawa Transformer will further strengthen collaboration with other Group companies and work to create new value in the power supply and electric power fields.
