Notice Regarding Transfer of Yabu Farm Shares and Cessation of ORIX Food Supply’s Business Activities

TOKYO, Japan - March 31, 2023 - ORIX Corporation announced today that is has transferred the shares of Yabu Farm Corporation to Hyogo Next Farm Corporation.
As a result, ORIX Food Supply Corporation, which operates a fruit and vegetable distribution business, will cease its business activities by April 30, and will be liquidated as soon as necessary legal procedures are complete.
