The first property introduced at the center will be Lions Naha Mihara Masters Gate, a condominium being sold in Okinawa Prefecture’s Naha City. Of the four Lions Mansion condominiums that DAIKYO has sold in Okinawa Prefecture in recent times, some 25% of interested parties and 15% of purchasers were residents of the Tokyo metropolitan region. Indeed, the number of inquiries regarding properties in regional towns and cities from customers living in the Tokyo metropolitan region has increased over the past years.

Further details of Lions Naha Mihara Masters Gate can be found at the following website: https://lions-mansion.jp/ML181006/Open Link in New Window(Japanese only)

The Lions Tokyo Information Center will provide customers with a range of services linked to DAIKYO’s regional sales centers, from introducing properties for sale to executing contract procedures. In the face of COVID-19, the center seeks to mitigate risks associated with long-distance travel; to this end, customers can view local showrooms online, and watch promotional videos that relay property data, information about the surrounding neighborhoods, and access details to public transportation.

Going forward, DAIKYO will continue to provide spaces in which customers can search for residences with peace of mind; at the same time, the company will seek to provide housing services that cater to the diversifying lifestyles and wide-ranging residential needs of its customers.
