A Serviced Office that Caters to Diverse Work Styles Cross Office Roppongi to Open on July 10

TOKYO, Japan - May 20, 2019 - ORIX Corporation (“ORIX”) announced that it will open Cross Office Roppongi, a new base in its Cross Office serviced office business brand, on July 10, 2019. Cross Office Roppongi is located approximately two minutes’ walk from Roppongi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and the Toei Subway Oedo Line. Guaranteeing the key user needs of confidentiality and security, Cross Office Roppongi comprises one floor with 38 private office rooms, capacities ranging in size from 1 to 11 people, and one floor comprising a lounge space that both encourages lively communication and that is able to cater to individual work styles. Situated in the center of the floor space, the lounge has approximately 60 seats and a monitor; as such, it can be used for seminars and other events. There are also four conference rooms with capacities ranging from four to eight people, as well as English-speaking receptionists—these shared services are available for use by all tenants (charges apply). Cross Office Roppongi provides comfortable office space , while maintaining functional services.

ORIX established Cross Office Shibuya in 2009 and, since then, it has operated a total of five serviced offices. Work values and work awareness are changing, particularly among millennials, while progress is being made in corporate work style reforms; in such an environment, we caters to the diversifying needs of serviced offices, and provides spaces that lead to new business opportunities and value creation.
