Grand Opening of the Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo January 22th (Monday)

TOKYO, Japan - January 22, 2018 - ORIX Real Estate Corporation ("ORIX Real Estate"), a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation ("ORIX"), announced today the grand opening of the Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo. ORIX Real Estate has entrusted the affiliated company of Hyatt Hotels Corporation ("Hyatt") to oversee its management, with its newest lifestyle brand hotel making its first foray into Japan in Ginza's most prime location, Namiki Street.
The hotel is located on the third to 12th floors of the 12-story (above) Tokyo Ginza Asahi Building (Address: 6-6-7 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo). There are 164 guest rooms in total, and four room types to choose from: Standard, Deluxe, Suite, or the Namiki Suite, which is located on the top floor. Additionally, NAMIKI 667 dining bar is located on the third floor, offering a new Ginza dining style that is sure to satisfy all five senses.
ORIX Real Estate owns and operates approximately 5,400 facilities nationwide, from its Cross Hotel Brand city hotels to its resort hotels, service apartments, hot spring inns, training facilities, and more. Going forward, it plans on expanding its current facilities to include five more facilities with an estimated 1,200 rooms by 2020.
