Announcement Regarding Change in Company Name to ORIX Business Center Okinawa Corporation

OKINAWA, Japan - November 19, 2014 - ORIX Callcenter Corporation ("ORIX Callcenter"), a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation (TSE: 8591, NYSE: IX), today announced that its company name will be changed to ORIX Business Center Okinawa Corporation effective November 24, 2014. Details are as follows.

3. Purpose for Changing Company Name
ORIX Callcenter was founded in 1999 to perform various clerical functions of the ORIX Group and provide customer support. Administration of the contracts, accounts and notes receivable, assets and billing operations for the Group's businesses including leasing, automobiles, life insurance, banking, and electric power are now centralized at ORIX Callcenter. This was done to standardize and raise the efficiency of clerical operations, and to accumulate administrative expertise shared with the Group.
Staffing has grown from around 60 employees in the founding year to approximately 850 employees, with ORIX Callcenter contributing to local job creation.
ORIX Callcenter decided to change its name in time for the 15th anniversary of its founding to better reflect the business it now conducts, and as an expression of its commitment to develop further as a company based in Okinawa.
