Hotel Universal Port Vita, the Universal Studios JapanTM 7th Official Hotel, Planned Opening July 15, 2018

TOKYO, Japan – April 27,2018 – ORIX Real Estate Corporation  announced  its decision that the Hotel Universal Port Vita, the construction of which was completed in April 2018, will open on July 15, 2018.
Reservations will be accepted through the hotel’s website starting on April 30.

The name of the restaurant, Vita Dining Solis Gratia, means “blessing of the sun” in Latin. The restaurant features a variety of dishes, with an open kitchen which lets guests see the chefs in action, as well as a buffet corner with fruit and vegetables, and freshly baked pizza daily in the central stone oven.

We are offering special accommodation plans to mark our grand opening, so be sure to  make your reservation for this summer.

1. About the facilities
(1) Guest rooms
We have rooms to suit all needs, from families to friends and couples.
In all of the rooms above the 8th floor, as well as the “Kirakira Corner Room” , guests leave their shoes at the entrance and relax barefoot. The “Mokomoko Maisonette Room” is a special 2-story maisonette-style room. For the comfort of guests, baths, sinks and toilets are separate in all rooms.

Vita Standard Twin / Vita Superior Twin / Vita Deluxe Twin
The lower floors have a sun-warmed motif, while the rooms on the upper floors have a refracted-light prism. 

Spark Room
Located on the top floor, this corner room is the largest in the hotel at 70m². Guests can enjoy the feeling like they are relaxing in a spacious park. The room features four beds as well as a separate shower stall in the bathroom.

Room Only: From 8,000 yen (with tax) per person for 1 room, 2 adults
With Breakfast: From 10,000 yen (with tax) per person for 1 room, 2 adults

 (3) Restaurant (Vita Dining Solis Gratia)
Buffet dining restaurant serving up a variety of seasonal items, with the theme of  “Sun-kissed space to relax and enjoy delicious food “.

(4) Lobby, Public Space
There is a light curtain three meters in diameter and ten meters high in the lobby, which has a 13.5-meter high vaulted ceiling. The eight-meter high  “Sunny Tree” greets visitors as they step off at the top of the escalator. It symbolizes a majestic tree stretching from the earth toward the sky. Inside the elevator, the light gradually changes to make people feel as if they are moving toward the sun.
