Rebirth of ORIX Rent-A-Car
- The Unification of Three Brands Marks a New Stage -

TOKYO, Japan - March 21, 2013 - ORIX Auto Corporation (hereinafter, "ORIX Auto") announed today that it has completed the integration of its three rental car brands -ORIX Rent-A-Car, JAPAREN Rent-A-Car and X Rent-A-Car- into a single ORIX Rent-A-Car brand, which will start its service from April 1, 2013.

ORIX Rent-A-Car currently has a network of approximately 850 locations*1 with a presence in all 47 prefectures in Japan. Through brand unification, ORIX Auto aims to increase brand recognition by raising the chances of customers to come in contact with ORIX Rent-A-Car, and will also accelerate the opening of rental shops near train stations and other highly convenient locations.

To commemorate brand unification, ORIX Auto will launch a campaign in stages starting April 1, 2013, which allows for more customers to use the service at ease while saving money at the same time. *2

ORIX Auto will continue to utilize its strength as an auto service provider with comprehensive services ranging from auto leasing, auto rental, as well as car sharing, and will continue to provide services that respond to a variety of customer demands.
