Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo West Wing to Open This Fall

TOKYO, Japan - July 12, 2016 - ORIX Real Estate Corporation ("ORIX Real Estate"), a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation, and Okura Nikko Hotel Management Co., Ltd. ("Okura Nikko Hotel Management") have entered into a technical support agreement for the new Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo West Wing ("the hotel") which is scheduled to open in September 2016. Currently, the hotel is under construction by Airport Facilities Co., Ltd. ("Airport Facilities"), and upon completion, ORIX Real Estate will lease the hotel from Airport Facilities and manage the hotel under the Hotel JAL City brand.

The hotel will be the second hotel facility ORIX Real Estate operates in the Haneda Airport area, following Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo, which it began operating since April 2005. The hotel is located four-minute walk from Anamoriinari Station on the Keikyu Airport Line, and also just 70 meters from Hotel JAL City Haneda Tokyo. The hotel will have eight floors above ground, with 103 guest rooms offering double or twin beds, and a lounge for breakfast and drinks. Interior design is by Gensler and Associates/International, Ltd., founded in 1965. The company has designed the interiors of many hotels, including the Beverly Hilton (California, USA), Le Méridien Chicago (Illinois, USA), the Grand Hyatt Incheon (South Korea), and the Indigo Hotel (Saudi Arabia).

The number of passengers to Haneda Airport is expected to grow due to factors such as increasing inbound foreign tourists and the airport's ease of access to or from central Tokyo. Going forward, ORIX Real Estate and Okura Nikko Hotel Management will continue to respond to increasing accommodation demands through its hotel businesses.
